67-layer Damascus steel with a VG-10 core, hardened to 60–62 HRC. Sharper, longer-lasting edge than standard Western steel. Corrosion-resistant, no special upkeep required.

Hand wash and dry immediately after use. Sharpen with a whetstone (1000-grit, then 3000-grit). Never use a dishwasher or pull-through sharpener — both will damage the edge.
